When my husband was a rotating resident at Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, we lived in a condo in the Harbor View Plaza. It wasn't overly glamorous as it was situated at the nexus of the six-lane Ala Moana Boulevard and the Ala Wai Canal, but we did appreciate the marina views, the gorgeous sunsets, and the people watching as tourists went up and down the elevators all day and all night at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki across the street from our lanai (see photo two above).
