Comfort Food


I've mentioned it before, but I do a lot of cooking from this excellent cookbook, Outlander Kitchen. This weekend, as the blizzard confined us to the house, we made Scotch Eggs with simple on-hand ingredients: eggs, sausage, flour, and breadcrumbs. Delicious!




We also made these brownies from the latest Food and Wine magazine. Oh my goodness...best brownies ever!
